Looking after our Covid Backs!
The recent public health emergency has forced many of us to change our working environments and to remain at home. We have seen over 50% increases in back pain, neck pain and both.
Employers efforts during this time has been to optimise our home ergonomics but prolonged immobility and lack of exercise are the main drivers (Figure 1) .
