The best way to manage back pain is through regular exercise, stretching your body, eating healthily, drinking enough water and keeping stress levels in check. Living like this is also the best prevention from getting any long-term back problems. It is always beneficial to do an activity that you want to do and that you really enjoy doing, whether it is gardening, walking, swimming, cycling or dancing. Get moving and you will feel better both physically and mentally. This is what having a healthy spine means.
